Culinary Institute of Aristocrat

We got invited for a free cooking demo at Aristocrat. Chef P prepared two recipes a) Spaghettini alla Putanesca and b) Salad Ni├žoise with Honey Onion Vinaigrette

 For just 8 weeks, you can get a certificate on the Fundamentals of Professional Cooking which is already TESDA  (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) Level 2 accredited. Classes are being held every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Inclusive of handouts, ingredients for lab subjects; CD manual basic uniform, the course fee is about P55,000 which can be paid on a staggered basis. You can also earn a diploma in Culinary and Kitchen Administration, and a dual diploma on French Gastronomy / French Language.
