Mad Mark's Creamery and Good Eats

It was a colleague who suggested that Mad Mark's has one of the best steaks in town. So G and I were quick to visit, take a look and have a taste of their offerings.

Wall photos greeted us at the counter.

It was good timing since we were the first few customers that day. Note that the place is usually jam-packed with patrons.

Trying their salad.Grilled Chicken Cob with aged Cheddar
Aged cheddar + Corn + Bbq roast = satisfied tummy

We had "Happy Camper" - grilled chicken fillet with veggies in a Dutch crunch roll served with bbq sauce

And for the fun part... We're feasting on Mad Mark's Singature Steak - 150 USDA Top Blade in cream sauce. We opted to have rice and shredded corn for the sides.

We ended dinner by having dessert. Yet another artisanal ice cream.

We tried "Roasted Pecan" and  "Half-Baked Madagascar".

This resto is a must-try.
We keep on coming back but seats are always taken and we usually end up tenth or so in the waiting list.
