Pinkerton Ice Cream

Another homemade ice cream... Pinkerton is the brainchild of Xandra Rocha, host of Something to Chew On.

Pinkerton follows a no skimping policy. Their ice cream is made of the best ingredients with no added preservatives.

We initially tried buying by the pint. The supermarket carried 3 flavors namely Chunky Mocha Madness, Chocolate Macadamia and Guava Basil Sorbet.

We got Chocolate Macadamia...

...and Chunky Mocha Madness.

We loved Chocolate Macadamia but Mocha Madness was short of our expectations. With such buzz for the ice cream, we gave it another try at East Cafe.

I was struck by the color palette of the place. Ok, moving on.

They only offer by the scoop. We had Carrot Cake and Dulce de Leche.

We finally found our favorite flavors.
