SOV Title and Logo Contest

The Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) is holding an SOV (Search for Outstanding Volunteers) Title and Logo contest.

SOV is the government's way of recognizing contributions of volunteers to development and to promote best practices in volunteerism. This is open to Filipino citizens and Filipino Volunteer organizations providing assistance to the Philippines.

Title and Logo Contest

The title and logo contest should give SOV a distinct professional brand, institutionalize recognition and recall, promote message of volunteerism for development and generate mass appeal for public participation.

Open to Filipino citizens 15 years and above. Each participant can submit up to two entries. There is no registration fee required.

Officials and staff of PNVSCA and representatives of the National Steering Committee and their relatives up to third degree of consanguinity are not eligible to join.

Must be an original work, unpublished and has not been submitted in previous contests.

Entry title must be in Filipino with English translation.

Logo must be in color, either portrait or landscape orientation and at least 300 dpi resolution.

The entry must be accompanied with a short essay explaining the message conveyed by the title and the logo.

Relevance = 30%
Creativity = 30%
Originality = 20%
Over-all impact = 20%

The winner will receive a plaque of appreciation and P15,000 inclusive of tax.

Deadline is on February 28, 2015.
