As peplum is for tops as trumpet hem is for skirts.
I love the tweed material of the skirt. Tweed is a rough, woolen fabric. But mind you, this piece is very comfortable to wear. Plus the color of the weave pattern makes it versatile.
Donning a sweater / pullover in white, black and dark pink hues.
The outfit can be worn in two ways. First is to tuck in the top exposing the skirt.
Second to make it appear like a dress by showing only the hem of the skirt.
For me, I want the second look better.
