A Taste of Bistro Ravioli

When G and I don't want to bombard ourselves with decisions, Bistro Ravioli always comes to mind.



Bistro Ravioli is out go-to place to satiate our palate., most especially G who loves Italian food. 

They brag about fresh pasta and brick-oven pizza. And true enough, you'll see the pasta made from scratch. Maybe it's one of their secrets - they just don't buy ready-made pasta but they do it with their own secret recipe.




I've been eating carbonara for far too long and theirs is something I'd love to go back to. Al dente pasta with ham, bacon and mushroom. The bacon deserves a spotlight. The dish is served with cream sauce that is thick in consistency.




While I'm a fan of creamy white, G loves pasta in red sauce. This Bolognese Spaghetti is made with crushed tomatoes, ground beef and special herbs and spices. It is served with garlic bread to nibble too.




They have a selection that tempts you to try everything on their menu. And the Diablo Wings sure are tempting. Chicken wings coated with spicy barbecue sauce. You really don't need the garlic ranch dressing 'cause they simply end in your mouth as is.




And finally, what's a visit to Bistro Ravioli without trying their.. well, ravioli. They have  Spinach and Feta Cheese, Mushroom Mozzarella but a safe choice for me would be their Three-Cheese Ravioli. Talk about cheese overload with mozzarella, cream cheese and cheddar served with pomodoro sauce.





It's at the "almost hidden" part of the mall. Good thing, we were able to discover and try their food. Now we're really addicted.


P.S. We've been dining here often, G has tried Seafood Spaghetti in Marinara sauce which is a must-try. We've also had their Gelato (Salted Caramel, Pistachio, Chocolate Hazelnut and Stracciatella).
